SRG’s manages 32 communities, located across the United States. These communities offer seemingly endless amenities and each has its own unique look and feel. Their award-winning, resort-like residences have earned SRG a stellar reputation for providing expert care and unparalleled hospitality. Motionstrand first began working with SRG in January 2016, when we developed their new website. Since the launch of the website, Motionstrand has spearheaded an overhaul of their digital marketing efforts on paid search.
THE WORK
Motionstrand executed a successful overhaul of SRG’s paid search strategy, through a more detailed, community-focused approach.
Motionstrand overhauled and optimized SRG’s paid search account by creating campaigns for each individual community. Ad groups were then restructured and broken out by service, instead of by city. Each campaign targeted users within a 15-20 mile radius of the community. Utilizing location and search queries to strategically target users enabled us to deliver ads with more relevant copy, directing users to the SRG community that best suits their needs.

Multiple communities in cities all over the United States meant that a one-size-fits-all approach was not going to work for SRG. Motionstrand created individual campaigns for every SRG community and optimized each campaign according to service. Our highly targeted tactic resulted in an average 37% increase in conversions, with a peak YOY increase of 56%.
