The Position

The project manager works cross-functionally with clients, internal and external resources, and account management to execute on digital products including web, mobile and creative.
Your time will be shared across internal and external resources including accounts, creative, and development. This is a client-facing position where maintenance and growth of established account relationships is a primary focus to continue to ensure consistent, quality deliverables. 

You will be responsible for your project team’s deliverables, which will include the successful execution of client-facing work, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven client service environment. Context switching and changing priorities is common; being able to set up and manage an effective schedule needs to be blended with the ability to be flexible to shifting client and team needs. 

We’re looking for a team player who is a planner, clear communicator, organizer and facilitator of fantastic work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive entire project lifecycle, from project definition through specification, coding, QA, and launch
  • Ensure projects get done on time, within scope and on budget
  • Project go-to person between clients, vendors and internal teams
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects
  • Constantly align expectations with client, team, and partner agencies 
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Carefully control changes to the project scope, following a defined change order process
  • Engage the sales/accounts team when appropriate for new client needs
  • Actively communicate with clients around recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
  • Coordinate asset handoffs between internal team, clients, contractors, and other agencies
  • Review deliverables and ensure quality 

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience managing digital projects and launching start to finish client-facing online (web & mobile) products/services
  • Previous digital agency or corporate marketing employment
  • Excellent, consistent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A high degree of professionalism, dedication and initiative  
  • Interest in helping improve internal processes
  • Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms is advantageous
  • Familiarity with project management tools
