The Director, Digital Marketing is a key role leading and supporting the delivery sophisticated digital marketing solutions and programs. This role serves as a marketing planner, developing and communicating strategies, as well as a hands-on individual contributor, working directly with clients and the MOS team to develop and execute sophisticated campaigns and programs.

This role requires broad, multi-channel internet marketing experience, to include but not limited to search marketing (PPC and SEO), display media (Programmatic ad buying), web optimization (CRO), channel strategy, content strategy, and data analysis. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and driving online marketing strategy for multiple clients and prospects as a cross-functional digital marketing strategist.
  • Act as internal thought leader and subject matter expert for digital at MOS.
  • Define and guide client to deliver effective digital campaigns and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a high level of business and marketing acumen with strong ability to communicate visually and verbally.
  • Work in a collaborative, cross-functional approach with clients and agency client teams.
  • Communicate plans and results to clients via onsite and offsite presentations.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to grow digital services within the MOS account base.
  • Manage a small team of analysts as well as outsourced vendor relationships.
  • Own client success as a senior-level representative of MOS.

  • Collaborate with account and delivery resources to ensure client success.
  • Develop relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Develop new initiatives and programs through strategic business development.
  • Contribute to MOS leadership initiatives.
  • Continue to develop a broad-based digital skillset to include creative, campaigns, digital tactics and development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in a digital marketing focused role
  • 3+ years of delivering digital services in an agency experience is required.
  • Extensive experience delivering digital marketing strategies and solutions across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, Programmatic ad buying, social Media and conversion rate optimization. 
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
