According to a study conducted at the University of Michigan, U.S. workers are less likely to pursue and engage in personal activities outside the work place in comparison to other countries. In fact, the study showed that American workers only engage in out of work activities with 32% of their close co-workers, while in countries such as Poland and India, an average of 71% of the workers engage in out of office activities together. Here at motionstrand we are looking to be the exception to the information gathered by the University of Michigan. One way we do that is to get involved as a team with our community!
